Are you a motivated and ambitious graduate looking to break into the sales industry? Do you have a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Sales Executive to join our team at BMS Performance, a leading sales recruitment agency.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic graduate to join our sales team as a Graduate Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our experienced sales team to develop your skills and knowledge, and will have the opportunity to progress into a Key or National Account Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and networking
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in any field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Full UK driving license
