Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a critical role in ensuring their experience is nothing short of exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer bookings and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to company procedures and protocols.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for customer service issues, providing solutions and support to resolve complaints and concerns.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Manage customer accounts and profiles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Represent Green Tomato Cars in a professional and courteous manner, embodying the company's values and standards.
Requirements
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to excellence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Confidence in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
- A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the private hire or taxi industry.
- Knowledge of Echo or similar private hire/taxi booking software.
- Working knowledge of Zendesk or other customer service platforms.
