Job Title: Leisure Assistant/Personal Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Leisure Assistant/Personal Trainer to join our team at The Mole Resort. As a key member of our leisure team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a professional, friendly service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Host the leisure facility with your colleagues and ensure a clean and tidy environment for clients.
  • Handle membership enquiries and payment handling with financial control.
  • Lead fitness classes with energy and enthusiasm, and develop customized fitness programs tailored to guests' needs.
  • Ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standard and report any faults or maintenance issues to the correct department.
  • Follow operating procedures for opening and closing the facility and communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Comply with current health and safety legislation and liaise with other departments to promote teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Level 2 Certified Personal Trainer accreditation from a recognized fitness organization.
  • Any additional class qualifications such as spin, aquafit, exercise to music, pilates, yoga, pool plant operator, first aid would be preferable.
  • Good communication skills and commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • A neat and tidy appearance and adherence to uniform requirements.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations and ability to work on your own or in a team.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or leisure environment is advantageous.
