About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate History Teacher to join our dynamic Humanities department at Academics Ltd. As a History Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality history lessons to students aged 11-18, preparing them for their GCSE and A-Level examinations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and challenging history lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
- Plan, prepare, and assess students' work to ensure exceptional progress.
- Contribute to the development of the history curriculum and resources.
- Support the school's commitment to providing personalized care, guidance, and support.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich the student experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
We are looking for a qualified teacher with a specialism in History, able to teach History at secondary level, including GCSE and A-Level. You should have a passion for history and the ability to inspire students, as well as strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities.
