Job Title: Composite Fabricator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Composite Fabricator to join our team at The Source Technical Ltd. As a Composite Fabricator, you will play a key role in fabricating composite components using hand-lamination processes and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture complex composite products, including mold preparation, resin mixing, and vacuum bagging.
  • Operate equipment like CNC Ply Cutters and 3 Axis Routers (training provided).
  • Troubleshoot and solve issues during the laminating process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Complete timesheets and use relevant software like Excel.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in an engineering discipline or proven experience in composite laminating.
  • Strong technical and communication skills.
