BAM Construct & Ventures UK Ltd is seeking a Recreation Coordinator to become a vital part of our team.
Shift Availability:
Weekend shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 17 hours per week.
Compensation:
£12.45 per hour.

Your Responsibilities:
- Perform general reception tasks, ensuring the entrance is always monitored.
- Welcome guests and guide them to their reserved areas.
- Efficiently set up and dismantle equipment for events.
- Manage bookings, including processing reservations and payments.
- Inspect safety equipment and report any issues to management.
- React promptly to emergencies and assist individuals in distress.
- Oversee facility usage to ensure public safety and appropriate conduct.
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor facility usage.
- Execute cleaning tasks in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Keep storage areas organized and in accordance with established plans.
- Maintain accurate records as per legislative and company standards.
- Handle cash securely and prepare it for banking.
- Perform routine building inspections and complete necessary documentation.
- Undertake additional tasks as reasonably requested by management.
Who We Seek:
- Experience in the leisure sector.
- First Aid certification.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Compliance with the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 for child-related work.
