Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of: Youth Support Specialist

Work Schedule: 38 hours per week

Compensation: £24,909 - £27,317 per annum, pro rata

Role Summary:

As a Youth Support Specialist, you will engage with young individuals aged 10 to 17 in a secure environment designed to provide both safety and developmental opportunities. Our mission is to safeguard vulnerable youth during challenging times and facilitate a supportive journey towards their future.

The successful candidates will deliver exceptional care, ensuring that each young person is treated with dignity and empathy. While the role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, there will be a specific emphasis on either 'intervention strategies' or 'recreational activities' tailored to the needs of our youth.

Your role will be pivotal in assisting young people to achieve positive outcomes in various aspects of their lives, including education, health, and personal development. As a Youth Support Specialist, you should possess a hopeful outlook and a genuine passion for the transformative care you provide, while being sensitive to the challenges faced by these individuals.
