Warehouse & Online Order Fulfillment Assistant - Christmas Season

Adecco UK Limited is seeking a skilled Warehouse & Online Order Fulfillment Assistant to join their team for the Christmas season. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and successful festive period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain high standards of parcel presentation and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in receiving supplier deliveries and preparing stock deliveries to stores.
  • Contribute to stock checks and counting lines as required.
  • Ensure a clean and tidy stock area and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
  • Foster a positive team environment and uphold the organisation's values.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your line manager.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in core warehouse tasks, including web order fulfillment and stock receipting.
  • Ability to work towards delivery targets while maintaining accuracy and presentation standards.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations, including health and safety and manual handling.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, embracing diversity and inclusion.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
