This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborating with a talented team of professionals and external consultants. Our client has a strong network of stakeholders, contractors, and specialists, and we are looking for someone to strengthen our London team further.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist advice on pre-applications and planning applications
  • Lead a team of technical professionals and engage with stakeholders, contractors, and specialists
  • Conduct historical report writing and possess technical knowledge
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Photoshop
  • Strong knowledge of the planning process and conversant with relevant environmental/heritage legislation and guidance

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience post-qualification working on UK conservation and historic building projects
  • Proven ability to lead a team and engage with stakeholders, contractors, and specialists
  • Experience in historical report writing and technical knowledge
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Photoshop
  • Strong knowledge of the planning process and conversant with relevant environmental/heritage legislation and guidance
