Job SummaryWe're seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to support our Store Management team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a keyholder, you'll be responsible for opening, closing, and running the store when needed, and will receive additional pay for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers with a warm smile and helping them find what they need.
- Support the Store Management team in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other sales-related tasks.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
- Participate in stock management, including receiving and processing deliveries, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture, supporting colleagues and promoting a sense of teamwork.

- Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, and to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Ability to lift and move stock, and to stand for long periods of time.
