FOH Supervisor

We are currently seeking a skilled Front of House Supervisor to work in a dynamic restaurant environment at Bazaar Food Hall.

The Role:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in maintaining high standards of customer service and restaurant operations.
• Provide exceptional service, including dealing with any customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Support and lead the Front of House team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Run and supervise shifts, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Have a real passion for the restaurant industry and our standards of excellence.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
• Have a keen eye for detail and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure excellent service.
• Previous experience of working in a restaurant environment is required.
• Able to work well in a team as well as on your own, with a flexible approach to meet the demands of a busy restaurant.
