Key Responsibilities:

* Digital marketing; managing website content, social media & presentations
* Branding; ensuring consistency in message, theme & appearance
* Literature; liaising with suppliers to design and produce printed literature in support of the commercial team
* Planning and delivery of trade shows, corporate events and company socials
* Scheduling and attending management meetings, taking notes and preparing minutes
* Report writing and analysis
* Project management (varies)
* Making travel and hotel arrangements
* Preparing expenses and maintaining a filing system

Requirements:

* Degree at university level (Marketing) or relevant marketing experience
* Chemistry at A-Level (advantageous but not necessary)
* Previous similar experience (but not necessary)
* Excellent attention to detail
* A good communicator with the ability to work as part of a team
* Self-motivated and capable of managing your time effectively
* The ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently
* Discretion, tact and diplomacy
* IT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
* Experience in web content editing using DotNetNuke (DNN) an advantage
