About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Fulcrum Infrastructure Management Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication campaigns to drive sales of accommodation at the University of Hertfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to engage existing University of Hertfordshire students and drive sales of accommodation.
  • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event management.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including university clients and project teams.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and project teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
  • Post A level qualification or degree in marketing or a related field.
