Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Recruit new temporary workers
  • Support and complete a 360 recruitment role, including resourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance checks, and placement of staff
  • Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers
  • Work towards KPIs and follow targets and objectives
  • Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and collaborate with the team
  • Participate in our on-call rota
Requirements
  • Healthcare recruiting experience
  • Strong sales capabilities
  • History of overachieving targets
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organization skills
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry and a willingness to learn and adhere to best practices

This role requires a candidate to work Monday to Friday and participate in our on-call rota on a weekend basis.
