As a Property Inspector, you will play a crucial role in supporting our property managers by conducting thorough property inspections, assessing repairs, and coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections and assess repairs needed to maintain the highest standards of property condition.
- Log jobs on our proprietary iPad system for tracking and reporting purposes, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Organize and conduct tenant meetings as required, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
- Provide excellent front-facing customer service to tenants and landlords, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Comply with all relevant regulations and policies, ensuring that our properties meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property inspection or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals, including tenants, landlords, and maintenance staff.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
