The student with special educational needs has an Educational, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) that delineates specific goals, outcomes, and strategies.
The role of Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant calls for a devoted, compassionate individual who is patient and understands the distinct needs of the student.
The institution seeks a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant who is engaging, empathetic, and genuinely motivated to make a positive difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.
Prior experience working with children on the autism spectrum is advantageous for this role.
This position presents an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the Special Needs and Mental Health field. As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you will have the chance to observe, collaborate, and work alongside speech and language therapists, educational psychologists, occupational therapists, and teachers specialized in special education.
