Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled RF IC Design Engineer to join our team at IC Resources. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance RF Integrated Circuits for wireless and communication applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement RF Integrated Circuits in CMOS and SiGe BiCMOS technologies, including circuit design, implementation, and verification of complete sub-systems for sub-6G RF ICs.
  • Develop and optimize RF front-end, PA, LNA, Mixer, OSC, PLL LO, VGA, Filter, TIA, and other baseband modules in BiCMOS and/or RF-CMOS processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF ICs into larger systems and ensure seamless functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design tools and technologies, including Cadence Virtuoso, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and efficiency in our design processes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including schematics, layouts, and test plans.
  • Support product evaluation and testing to ensure high-quality RF ICs meet customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in RF IC design, with a strong background in Analog and RF design principles.
  • Expertise in Cadence Virtuoso tools and experience with SiGe Bipolar and/or CMOS technologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
