Job SummaryThis post is 28.75 hours per week, 39 weeks (term time plus PD days).
Monday to Friday 8.45am pm 1.15pm - 3.30pm
Lunchtime duty - half an hour Grade 2.1 £11.50 per hour pro rata (claimed as additional hours)
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our Saplings Early Years Team. We have a wonderful learning environment and enthusiastic, happy and motivated children who enjoy learning and behave well.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing support to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Assisting with planning and delivering bespoke child-centred intervention
- Developing high-quality teaching and learning for pupils of all abilities
- Working well as a member of the Early Years and whole school team
- Supporting the teaching of phonics and leading groups
- Demonstrating initiative and a keen sense of humour
