We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technician to join our team of experts in Civils 3D design and modelling. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage engineering deliverables, including 3D models and drawings, to meet project requirements.
  • Produce technical supporting data, such as specifications and reports, to ensure project deliverables are complete and accurate.
  • Ensure all output is compliant with relevant CAD standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate designs and models, and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Apply policies and procedures related to health and safety, quality, and training to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Support site surveys and inspections to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technician with a strong background in Civils 3D design and modelling. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality engineering deliverables and a strong understanding of CAD standards and best practices.

  • Strong professional experience in Civil/Structural engineering, with a focus on CAD and BIM.
  • Proficient in Bentley MicroStation (2D/3D) AECOsim/OpenBuildings Designer and Autodesk products.
  • Experience with Data Management Systems in Common Data Environment (CDE) and compliance with system standards.
  • Educated to HNC level or equivalent in a relevant engineering or CAD subject.
  • Ideal candidate will have achieved or be actively working towards EngTech or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience with Information Management Systems such as ProjectWise.
