Commercial Property Solicitor Job Description

Contract Personnel Limited is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy Commercial Property team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property law, with experience in advising clients on a range of matters including:

  • The sale, purchase, and lease of land or property
  • Development, infrastructure, and planning projects
  • Property finance and investment
  • Regeneration projects
  • The drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of contracts and leases
  • Private company acquisitions, joint ventures, and disposals

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including investors, developers, funders, landlords, high street businesses, media companies, and corporate groups.

You will be responsible for advising clients on complex commercial property matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, and providing strategic guidance on property-related issues.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to communicate complex legal matters in everyday terms
  • Keen business development and networking skills
  • Strong drafting and negotiating skills
  • Flawless commercial awareness
  • The ability to work as part of a team

A minimum of 3 years PQE is required for this role, and a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience will be offered.
