Electrical Trainer Opportunity

We are seeking 6 Electrical Trainers to join our client's growing team in the delivery of technical training for external engineers within the sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality technical training to external engineers
  • Manage group learning journeys and progress
  • Meet performance levels in relation to success rates and timely skills and qualification attainment
  • Administer engineer training, assessment, and internal quality assurance
  • Lead and model safety performance within the workplace
  • Embed DE&I principles and promote a culture of inclusivity
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation and Maintenance (or equivalent)
  • Inspection and Testing experience (electrician only)
  • Experience in training and mentoring others
