Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at Malmaison Edinburgh City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all public areas within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain public areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces
  • Perform additional porter tasks and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by providing exceptional service and maintaining a positive attitude
Requirements:
  • Conversational English language skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical fitness to perform cleaning tasks
  • Positive attitude and desire to make a difference in the hotel
