We are seeking a highly skilled VAT Manager to join our Tax team at BDO UK. As a VAT Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on all matters related to VAT compliance and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing VAT compliance and advisory services to ensure they meet their VAT obligations.
  • Deal with complex VAT issues and provide expert advice to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director and Partner to develop and implement VAT strategies for clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the VAT practice.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, senior management, and HMRC.
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of VAT laws and regulations, with the ability to deal with complex issues.
  • Proven experience in VAT compliance and advisory services, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and HMRC.
