We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sanctuary Group. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents and staff, as well as maintaining the overall presentation of our properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular health and safety checks to create a safe environment for everyone.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing skills and DIY experience.
- Liaise with contractors and coordinate their services to ensure high-quality work.
- Occasionally visit other properties to provide cover or as part of planned maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Collaboration is key to a positive environment for residents and a thriving home.
- Practical skills in recognizing and performing minor repairs are essential.
- Fundamental knowledge of health and safety protocols is necessary.
- A valid driver's license and access to personal transportation are required.
- Proficiency in using an iPad or Laptop and compliance applications is necessary.
