The Opportunity.

As a Supervisor, you will deliver an outstanding level of personalized service to our clientele, utilizing exceptional product and brand expertise to inspire and surpass customer expectations. You will mentor and nurture your team, ensuring brand standards are upheld while all operational responsibilities are fulfilled. This position includes eligibility for both basic and enhanced sales commissions, a retail incentive program, and a generous employee discount on products. The Responsibilities.

  • Deliver a premium shopping experience to all clients, showcasing extensive product knowledge and expertise.
  • Confidently recommend products to meet sales goals and targets.
  • Drive and achieve personal and team objectives, taking accountability for your sales performance and KPIs.
  • Stay passionate about industry trends and developments.
  • Proactively enhance your product knowledge through brand and store resources, educational materials, and required training sessions.
  • Engage clients actively to foster customer loyalty.
  • Communicate with clients regarding new product lines, offerings, and in-store events.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of in-store events in collaboration with the store and brand teams.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising within the store.
  • Exhibit exceptional personal grooming in accordance with company standards at all times.
  • Assist with inventory counts and other operational tasks.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, positively promoting product and company image consistently.
  • Lead by example to support and mentor the sales team.
  • Assist the store management team as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with brand representatives.
  • Collaborate as a team player, contributing to all activities that support store objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
  • Champion the company culture and values.
