We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AOG night clerk to join our team. As a key member of our freight operations team, you will be responsible for handling AOG shipments from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage AOG shipments, including customs entries and export documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to urgent queries and requests
  • Collaborate with key accounts to ensure seamless logistics operations
  • Process customs entries for air exports, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Quote customers accurately and efficiently
  • Send pre-alerts and notifications to customers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in AOG and freight operations
  • Cargowise experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • PC literate and proficient in logistics software

Working Hours:

  • 4 on 4 off night shifts
