Claims Investigator

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Casualty Adjuster/Investigator to join our team at Davies. As a Home Based Claims Handler, you will be responsible for investigating allocated claims in the field or from the desk, with a focus on Policy Indemnity, Legal Liability, Quantum, and Tactics.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate claims in a fair and timely manner, ensuring accurate and thorough assessments.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant technical changes, including participating in training programs facilitated by the company.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve claims handling processes.
