Job Title: Family Solicitor (Finance)

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Location: Kent

Overview:

Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join a friendly, motivated and forward-thinking privately funded Family team. As a Family Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a collaborative team while being supported by an assistant on all matters of complexity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a complex caseload of private family matters, including family finances on divorce, pre-nuptial agreements, disputes between cohabitants, and children cases.
  • Developing and growing the firm's commercial offering.
  • Supporting more junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Ideally 4+ years PQE.
  • Prior experience working as part of a busy family team, handling a variety of private family matters.
  • Commercially astute and technically strong.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship management capabilities.

Package:

  • Circa £55,000.
