Exciting Opportunity for a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join our team of ground investigation specialists. As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, providing you with the resources and training to kickstart your career.

As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with Site Walkovers and preparing phase plans.
• Writing Factual Reports and working on in-situ testing, borehole logging, groundwater and gas monitoring.
• Observing Day-to-Day Tasks to develop geo-environmental knowledge.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Minimum of a BSc in Geology, Geoscience, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or a Relevant Subject (MSc preferable).
• Keenness to Learn and Develop Geotechnical Skills.
• A Full UK Driving Licence.
• Commutable to Durham.
• Full Right to Work in the UK.
