We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Pool Installation Specialist to join our team at Compass Pools, the leading and multi-award-winning swimming pool retailer in the UK. As a key member of our installation department, you will play a crucial role in delivering luxury fibreglass swimming pools throughout the UK.

As a Swimming Pool Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing high-end luxury products with a high-end finish for discerning clients. You will work in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same, and you will be expected to be flexible and a team player committed to driving towards a common goal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install swimming pools with attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Problem-solve issues and maximise quality for clients
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
• Operate hand and power tools, including dumpers and diggers
• Travel across the UK to install pools
