Our client operates in over 90 countries, committed to reducing emissions while enhancing energy supplies, and supporting organizations and clients on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate early with sales teams to develop procurement strategies.

- Set up RFQs (Request for Quotes), manage distribution, and facilitate cross-functional evaluation of quotations, including technical assessments of received proposals.

- Conduct proactive scouting for suppliers and innovative technologies.

- Oversee supplier capabilities to ensure alignment with business requirements regarding commercial, quality, and supply chain aspects.

- Negotiate and finalize supplier contracts for projects, providing support to the execution team for any supplier-related project challenges.

- Formulate and execute external Supplier and Commodity strategies aimed at driving long-term enhancements in Quality, Cost, and Delivery, engaging key stakeholders to bolster the competitive and commercial performance of the organization and its partners.

- Work within the Supply Chain Management/Procurement Team throughout the entire product/service lifecycle, ensuring efficient resolution of supplier commercial issues.

- Share and implement best practices while aligning with other SCM/procurement functions on a global and regional scale.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in project procurement, ideally within the building, construction, or oil & gas sectors.

- Exceptional skills in relationship development at all organizational levels, with a demonstrated history of successful negotiations and relationship management (both internal and external).

- Strong sense of ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.

- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous but not mandatory.

- A valid driver's license is required.
