  • Help maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Assist in the smooth running of kitchen service, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard.

  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and recipes, working closely with the Executive Chef and other kitchen staff.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or private members club.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining high standards in all kitchen areas.
