Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our team at Collins Property Recruitment. As the first point of contact for all visitors to our luxury office building, you will be responsible for creating a 5-star experience for all tenants and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth running and security of the building, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Greet tenants daily upon arrival, building strong relationships and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Welcoming all visitors and directing them to the appropriate floor, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage a high volume of daily deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Perform regular safety checks and address any issues promptly, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Report any building issues or maintenance requests to the operations team, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Assist with small event management, providing logistical support and ensuring a seamless experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Centre Manager, Corporate Receptionist, Corporate Security, Duty Manager, or Concierge for a large commercial or residential building.
  • A professional attitude and appearance, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and use initiative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
