Role Objective:
The Inventory Manager is tasked with guiding, mentoring, and evaluating the inventory and administrative team to guarantee exceptional service delivery and a vibrant workplace atmosphere. This role is pivotal in managing inventory oversight across various warehouse sites.
Main Duties:
- Direct supervision of Inventory Controllers and the Stores Administration team.
- Overseeing inventory management activities, including materials planning and stock verification.
- Generating management reports detailing stock levels and movements.
- Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders for efficient stock oversight.
- Administering Stores Administration functions to ensure precise inventory records.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management.
- Familiarity with inventory management software solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications; experience with SAP S4HANA is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities.
- Capability to monitor inventory with precision and adhere to timelines.
