About the Role

We are partnering with a well-established Main Contractor to recruit an Estimator for their East Midlands office. As an Estimator, you will be an integral part of the pre-construction team, working closely with clients in the medical, educational, and commercial sectors on new build and refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver cost analysis for sales enquiries and/or tender submissions
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors regarding cost of materials and labour
  • Tender for interior and fit-out projects
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates
About You

We are looking for a skilled Estimator with:

  • Proven experience working for a Main Contractor on tender submissions in medical, educational, and/or commercial sector refurbishment projects
  • A clear Enhanced DBS
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office programmes, and a high level of literacy
  • The ability to work well under pressure, manage timescales and deadlines, and work as part of a team
  • A degree or adjacent qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying, or extensive estimating experience
