Job Title: Nightshift Car Park Cleaning Operative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Nightshift Car Park Cleaning Operative to join our team at ABM UK. As a key member of our facilities services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of car park areas during off-peak hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean and maintain car park areas, ensuring a safe and tidy environment
  • Collect and dispose of waste appropriately
  • Conduct regular inspections of the car park and report any safety concerns
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective operations
  • Maintain logs of cleaning activities and waste disposal

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities maintenance role is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and at varying times if required
  • Ability to adhere to health and safety regulations
