Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a Senior Property Lawyer to join their legal team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the council\u2019s success.

The Senior Property Lawyer will be responsible for managing a team of lawyers and legal assistants, supporting the Principal Lawyer, and providing training and support to team members. The role will also involve leases of industrial units, lease renewals, residential and commercial property, and other related tasks.

The successful candidate will have a private practice or public sector background and be able to demonstrate excellent legal skills and experience.
