Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Domiciliary Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity while ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care and services to clients in their own homes, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and guidance as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs, developing personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Provide support with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, care plans, and any changes to their condition.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar care role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and support.
- A caring and compassionate nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- A commitment to providing high-quality care and support, with a focus on client-centered care.
- Holding a vocational training certificate of NVQ/RQF Level 3 in Health & Adult Care is desirable.
What We Offer:
- Free Training: We believe in continuous professional development, offering comprehensive training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Attractive Pay Rates: Our hourly rate starts from £13.50 up to £14 per hour.
- Working Hours: We offer Full time, Part-time and Zero Hour contracts as well.
- Benefits Package: Mileage cover & Travel time cover.
- Sponsorship employment: We do provide sponsorship option to candidate who fulfils the sponsorship & Immigration requirements.
