We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Associate to provide support to our Consultant Relations team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the asset management industry.
Key Responsibilities- Support the local team in their day-to-day client activity and strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide essential support to the Consultant Relations team, including database management, maintaining the CRM system, producing pipeline activity and meeting notes.
- Liaise and collaborate with colleagues in Portfolio Management, Client Service, Marketing, and Compliance teams for client deliverables.
- Organize business development activity, including presentations and request for proposals, ensuring all activity follows the regulatory framework.
- Conduct market research, consultant updates, and assist the team on appropriate business strategies and client analysis.
- Organize and proactively support consultant events and marketing collateral efforts.
- Graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Experience of using Salesforce or similar CRM system.
- Preferred working towards or having completed IMC, and/or CFA, or CAIA.
- 1 year's experience at another Asset Manager and/or UK Intermediary/Wholesale experience is desirable but not essential.
- A self-starter, who works in a precise and timely manner, who can take ownership to move initiatives forward.
- Willingness to learn, collaborate, and partner across the business.
- A strong interest in asset management, financial services, and financial markets.
- Strong communication, both written and verbal skills, and presentation skills.
- Strongly numerate with a good working knowledge of Excel.
- Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Role is within a growing and dedicated asset management firm and with a successful team eager to further develop their franchise.
