We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Team Member to join our team at a leading production company in the North Anston, Sheffield Area.

Job Details:
  • Working Schedule: 4 on - 4 off weekly shift rotation
  • Working Hours: 6am-2pm OR 2pm-10pm on weekly rotation
  • Compensation: £11.55 per hour
  • Duration: On-Going Temp Assignment
Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Preparation: Follow the product specification to prepare corn to the correct recipe.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products on the picking table to meet our customer requirements.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain food safety, legality, product integrity, and quality at all times.
  • Packing and Labeling: Pack bags and tubs into cardboard boxes and ensure they are correctly labelled.
  • Box Assembly: Erect cardboard boxes and lids efficiently.
  • Data Recording: Ensure all data is recorded accurately and paperwork is handed into the shift leader at the end of each shift.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform cleaning tasks as required during and at the end of the production run, keeping your workstation clean and tidy at all times.
  • Additional Duties: Carry out any reasonable management requests.
Requirements:
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to carry out tasks as required
  • Previous Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Personal Protective Equipment: Own Safety Boots and Hi-Vis
