Based in central London, the practice now has over 170 people and is committed to the development and success of staff and maintaining the ethos of the practice.

About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong, creative and passionate civil engineer with experience in managing others to join our team.

Working within a supportive and welcoming team, the role will require you to produce efficient, high-quality technical designs for both new build and refurbishment projects in a wide range of sectors.

You will need to be enthusiastic, hard-working and looking to take on responsibility.

The Ideal Candidate
  • A good level of previous experience
  • Chartered, or near Chartered with ICE
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of developing SuDS strategies for major developments
  • Detailed design of below ground drainage networks, including SuDS elements, for buildings, highway and public realm
  • Highway, pavement design and ground modelling experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Experience of design for flood mitigation including developing sites in Flood Zone 3 is beneficial but not essential
  • Knowledge of design software such as WinDes (Microdrainage), Civil 3D, and the use of BIM
  • Experience of managing a small team
