Role OverviewJoin our dynamic team as a Recruitment Consultant in our Livingston branch, where you will oversee and expand the revenue on a desk dedicated to supplying temporary Industrial and van driving personnel.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will benefit from our cutting-edge technology systems.
At Blue Arrow, we embrace a hybrid working model, allowing our team the flexibility to work from home for part of the week after completing onboarding, training, and achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct onsite client meetings, necessitating a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Source and recruit candidates for temporary positions.
- Manage service operations, including compliance, payroll tasks, administration, and system updates.
- Competitive salary up to £27,000 with uncapped bonuses.
- Quarterly salary reviews based on performance and a clear career progression path.
