Landscape Supervisor

HL Services (London) Ltd is seeking a skilled Landscape Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our landscaping and fencing projects.

• Assist in the management of multiple projects from start to completion, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement project plans, including program of works and task items.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and provide guidance to team leaders.
• Oversee the daily tasks required for landscaping and fencing projects, including the installation of new features.
• Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, adhering to company procedures and systems.
• Contribute to the achievement and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certification.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and directors.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience in landscaping and fencing, with a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
• UK driving license and willingness to travel for work-related purposes.
