Job Description Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join one of our key clients in the area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing proactive and preventative maintenance on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily reactive and preventative maintenance tasks
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve optimal equipment performance
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Perform routine inspections and report any issues to the maintenance team
Requirements:
- Level 3 or above in Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds or NVQ based)
- Experience with reactive maintenance and PPM's on a daily basis
- Ability to work shifts, including nights
- Excellent communication skills (reading and spoken English is essential)
