Your Responsibilities:

  • Tailor your teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Implement Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs) and Behavioural Support Plans.
  • Adapt to different educational environments and classroom dynamics.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive educational setting.
  • Collaborate effectively with school personnel and adhere to institutional policies.

Qualifications Required:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience in teaching within primary or secondary education, particularly with SEN students.
  • Strong skills in classroom management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to adapt.
