  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and hygienic environment, adhering to the highest standards of food safety and quality.
  • Support the Head Chef with ordering, stock management, and inventory control to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and concepts, working closely with the culinary team to create innovative and engaging dishes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
