HGV Class 1 Driver Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team at Qube Recruitment. As a HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting general haulage in the local and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance
  • Deliver and collect goods in a timely and efficient manner
  • Operate a variety of vehicles, including HGV Class 1 trucks
  • Perform light handballing duties as required
Requirements:
  • Valid Category CE licence with at least 6 months' experience
  • Recent experience as a Class 1 delivery driver
  • Availability to work full-time
  • Valid CPC and TACHO
