Leisure Receptionist

As a Leisure Receptionist at Village Hotels, you'll be the first point of contact for our members and guests, setting the tone for an exceptional experience. Your warm personality and 'can-do' attitude will make a lasting impression, ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering top-notch customer service, with a natural ability to interact with people from all walks of life. You'll thrive on ensuring our members have everything they need, and that enquiries are dealt with efficiently.

On a daily basis, you'll be meeting and greeting members, taking bookings, introducing new people to the club, resolving queries, and keeping our members happy. You'll be the creator of happiness, making every guest feel special.
