Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customers and process sales orders over the telephone and email
  • Generate sales invoices and calculate prices and discounts
  • Update stock levels and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with credit control and sales ledger management
  • Provide administrative support to the finance director and sales director
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with recent experience in sales admin, sales ledger, and credit control. You should be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a monthly and annual profit-related bonus, which equates to an average of £5,000 extra per year. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
