Logistics Warehouse Associate

Our client, a reputable organization, is seeking a skilled warehouse associate to become a vital part of their operations on a permanent basis. The responsibilities of this role include:
- Picking and organizing orders in preparation for dispatch.
- Verifying incoming shipments for accuracy and quality before proper storage.
- Loading and unloading both incoming and outgoing transport vehicles.
- Providing necessary materials to the production team.
- Coordinating transportation for goods departing the facility.
- Assisting with inventory counts.
- Utilizing a Warehouse Management System (WMS) effectively.
- Inspecting incoming components and managing the associated documentation.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A valid counterbalance and/or reach forklift license, or have held one within the last four years.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Physical fitness and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- A willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (appropriate attire will be provided).
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Numerical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Flexibility in work approach and readiness to undertake overtime as needed.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday with rotating shifts from 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm (totaling 37.5 hours per week).
Overtime may be required, including Saturdays, with applicable overtime rates.
